One of my friends said he skimmed my blog and was interested in what Darrell was eating. I made sure to include Darrell's meals for today! Lol. Darrell and I asked April, my niece, if we could come over Saturday and cook breakfast and visit for a while. It's been years since we had been to her house.  Kalu, oldest daughter of my niece, a student of midwifery, was out all night attending a birth with her mom. My niece April with her youngest Byron. Having breakfast with us after attending a birth since 2pm the day before.  April is known well for her womens clinic and midwife skills. Darrell sitting for breakfast after cooking in April and Josh's kitchen.  11 year old Trevor, great nephew. (Older brother, Moses, not pictured, went to his basketball tournament for the day) Jeremy and Quinn called and said "hi". Quinn seems interested in Byron who is older at 2 1/2, and talking a lot! Friday thru Sunday Driving Denton, Texas to Anderson, Indiana.   Friday 6 1/2 hour drive from Denton to Springfield,  Missouri.  Breakfast at Cracker Barrel, and lunch at Braum's, an Oklahoma Dairy and restaurant chain. We arrived to our hotel just before 3pm, made 5pm dinner reservations at Cafe Cusco, napped, and relaxed in our room.  Cafe Cusco in Springfield, Missouri.  House made hot sauce. Darrell's Seafood Escebeche and my Chicken Para Rayos. Delicious.  We each packed an overnight bag to get us through two hotel nights, and lighten our carry in and out loads. Darrell is working on our small sized, shared computer.  New Brita water filter bottles gifted to us by our niece, Casey!  Our hotel room is better than expected! Yay. It has a king bed, a fridge which we put a few items in, wifi, tv, microwave, coffeepot, breakfast at 6-10 am, coffee and tea with pot, no weird smells. All a ...

I called this Dragon Cloud at Sunrise.  On NCL Breakaway Ship at 40-50% capacity makes for no lines, no little children, lots of empty chairs.  On the ship. Once on board,  masks are not required.  View of a rainbow from our balcony.  Pastry demo  Moon over the ocean.  We boarded the ship Dec 12th in the afternoon.  Everyone was required to be vaccinated and also take a fast covid test just prior to boarding.  We sailed out of NOLA. Monday: sea day. Tuesday: Cozumel.  We walked down the beach and around the local shopping.  I had a smoothie made of espresso,  avocado and honey! Yum! Then we got seafood tacos!  Wednesday: Roatan. We went four wheel mudding. I had never done this before and I had a blast! We showered outside when we finished the course. We were soaked to the skin! The day was continually raining on and off. We only got dry once we got to...
