Beautiful Sunrise Seen From Our Airbnb Patio in Little Elm, Texas Call with Son Eric and Grandkids Owen and Esther. Oh, Those Smiles! Saturday. 22.- Monday. 24. With Darrell’s Dad moved out of the hospital and into a rehab facility, there is a bit of a transition in schedules and focus for him. He is a complicated patient. He’s had 2 strokes, a heart attack and a broken leg. On top of that he has dementia. He’s 91 and he’s sleeping most of the time. Most of the time he is restless and will say he’s in pain or ask for his wife by name. Shirley is attentive to him and calms him with her instructions. Drove through a big storm front with a tornado warning fairly close. We packed up and were on the road at 9am. We stopped for gasoline on time. We ate lunch at a Honduran restaurant that was quite good. We shopped for groceries around 4:30pm and arrived to our airbnb house about 5:30. Darrell’s mom called to let us know that Dad had fallen and Cyndy was going to be with him at the hospital. We made our dinner and waited to see how he was doing. He was okay and we were able to stay at our house for the evening. Our Sweet Airbnb House in Little Elm, Texas. Inside Our House. Super Nice Kitchen with RO Drinking Water! Quinn (4 1/2), Owen (3 1/2) and Esther (1 1/2). Me, the Grandma, Soaking In This Special Love! Saturday. 8. This day has been beautiful! I woke up around 4:30 am. Felt okay but I wanted to think and cry about the griefs I carry. I prayed to cry and the tears came. I thanked God for allowing me to cry and to feel and to love. I was up in the adjoining bathroom to blow my stuffy nose. After my prayer and meditation, I crawled back into the soft warm bed and relaxed. We both got up a few minutes before 6am. We did one of our more difficult exercise routines, 40 minutes in length. We have our yoga mats unrolled in the living room and facing the picture window looking out at the reflective pond with the morning light rising. We had a hearty breakfast and did some reading. I baked a couple of batches of simple oat banana muffins mainly because Owen had asked me twice this past week for banana muffins! We looked around their kitchen and came up with no muffins! Around 9:30 we walked over to ...
