Darrell and I did our morning routine with waking up before 6am, doing a recorded DDP yoga exercise routine, getting dressed for the day, cooking and eating breakfast. Around 9am the two of us took Quinn down the elevator with his scooter and helmet to his close playground. He rides his scooter on the sidewalks quite skillfully. It is slightly cool outside, maybe 68 degrees. It feels wonderful and a bit warmer in the direct sun, but there is plenty of shade furnished by the huge trees that were likely planted back during the building of this city in the 1960’s.
